" Boleh jadi kamu membenci sesuatu, padahal ia amat baik bagimu, dan boleh jadi (pula) kamu menyukai sesuatu, padahal ia amat buruk bagimu; Allah mengetahui, sedang kamu tidak mengetahui."
(Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not)

I always try to rely on this surah when my heart is infatuated with someone( man). Why? Because the resulting beautiful feeling may cause you to expect too much; that's what we call the feeling of love. It is normal for it to happen in every human. Sometimes, some girls, including me, fall deep into the feeling and we ignore our well being and always see good things and ignore the bad things . So this surah reminds me to control my heart when I love someone. You can still love someone, but remember, don't love man more than Allah.
The point of this surah is not to hate something too much and not to love something excessively because too much of something is never good.
